Which Seals and Glyphs do you use?
Well, everybody uses flat armor seala but magic resist per level glyphs (sometimes with a combination of flat as well).
The only reason to use scaling over flat is because almost all scaling runes have outclassed the flat runes by level 6.

Not all scaling runes outclass their flat counterparts by level 6. But it is a good rule of thumb.
Flat runes are generally preferred over scaling, for the simple reason that runes are generally used to secure an early game advantage, not an advantage over the entire game. As the game gets later, and scaling runes start to get better, you also build items, making the stats you get from runes generally less important. The difference between a six item ADC with runes and one without is pretty minimal, for example; they both do tons of damage.
I'm not actually sure about the state of flat versus scaling MR glyphs since the MR rework. Given the difficulty of itemizing for MR for a lot of roles, I've always heard that 4 flat MR glyphs and 5 scaling MR glyphs (or something similar) is good for a general runepage. Although I also take all scaling when I'm in a lane that deals little to no magic damage and all flat when I'm against a heavy magic damage lane.

True. I know a lot of people who play LoL for the early game, because that's where the entire game best be determined. Early game is often the most important part for some people. As long as you can get ahead super early and maintain it.

So here is what i understand so far:
Use all base stat: Better Early Game
Use all scaling: Not good for early game, good for mid game, don't really matter for End game because of items.
Use a 5/4 rune build: gives you a ok early game, but a better MID game and no end game cause runes are pretty much useless when you have all your items.

Here is my question: Why wouldn't you mix and match like Greater Seal of Armor's and Greater Seal of Scal. Armor?
Math:
With just GSoA you end up with alot of armor at the beginning(12.69 Ar) but that is all you ever get.
With just GSoSA you end up with alittle armor at the beginning(1.35 Ar) and at the end(24.3 Ar)
If you had say GSoA x5 and GSoSA x4 then at the beginning(7.65 Ar) but at Lvl 10(13.05 Ar) which is obviously better than using All GSoA by (.36 Ar) and only (.45 Ar) lower than using all GSoSA.
So i guess what my question really is: Why not start with alittle less armor mixing runes and end up with more than if you just had Base runes? Is armor not really worth it at the end game section because of all the ArP that people have? Is the little armor you get from Runes only good for Early game and falls off in usefulness End game?
I apologize if this post is hard to comprehend but it is 430am and i am tired but i am just so used to everything needing to make sense it is hard to ignore when i have a question. Any help would be appreciated
Thx,
Obi
I did the poll questions before i thought of it but please REPLY if you use a mix of Scaling and Base Runes.
