Elohell is like Irelia's stun: if your real level is equal or lower than the level you are in, you're STUNNED there forever. If your actual level is higher than the level you are in, you're just SLOWED in your way up.

Judging by how many I miss, Rocket Grab. Not that hard to hit as some others, but seems like the skill people work the hardest to avoid.

Lulu's Glitterlance.
Lee Sin's Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike. (I don't even with this, either, it's so wacky it's unrealistic.)
Kha'Zix's Pre-Evolved Void Spike. (It's actually harder to hit than it seems.)
Any others, I find easy to hit, except maybe Ahri's Charm.
