You can make and maintain any sort of thread you like, as long as they follow the specific sub-forum rules. As not many people here play 3v3, I'm sure your thread will be enlightening :)
Yeah i have noticed the lack of 3v3 players here lol, also due to my break from ranked atm iv gone back to 3v3 gaming (1 win 3 loses xD seems just like ranked to me !).

(tho iv been adding in a Warmog amour as i feel Swain needs the health as he very low HP which people who play champs like talon are able to burst damage down in what feels like 1 hit lol)

If you want to post it in your thread in Competitive Scene go ahead. If you focus on strategy even if you're playing Normal games that would probably be ok. Otherwise you could post it in the "Post your Game Stats" sticky in General. Also, a blog would be fitting. People just might get onto you for writing mostly about non-ranked games in Competitive scene.

Really would like to be able to post about my games there, just not sure where to do it or even if its allowed (as i remember when i first started on here people complained about me posting 3v3s in my ranked thread).
