Views: 2385 Improving Jungle/Support gold income for Season 4

So Xel'nath made this post on the EUW forum a while back and it's absolutely FLOODED with replies on how to improve support/jungler gold (NA link). I personally think the following ideas would work wonders at improving jungler/support gold without affecting laners:
Any thoughts or your own suggestions on how support/jungler gold could change?
Smite: Every monster kill grants a stacking buff that increases the value of neutral monsters by 1 gold, stacking up to 15 times. This buff decreases by 1 stack for every minion slain. Note that taxing lanes is still mathematically better for the jungler's wallet than not taxing lanes; this simply prevents laners from taking smite instead of ignite and farming up a storm.
Allow the purchase ofNot sure if good idea, on second thought.Explorer's Wards for 45 gold, or decrease the cost of wards by 5 for every ward placed down to a minimum of 50/100 for green/pink wards respectively.
- Make GP5 items grant substantially more gold (something like 10-20 gold per 10), but add a 10s cooldown on them triggered by minion/monster kills. This makes them good for supports, acceptable for carnivorous junglers, and useless for laners.
- For consistency: have auras and true sight grant assists (as a side effect, would make
Twisted Fate players happy when they reveal a stealthed
Rengar or a juking
Wukong but get no assist for it).

Do you mean the red/blue buffs? Past the initial clear, buffs are almost universally donated to laners at high elo (If you take blue and leave your mid buffless against an enemy
Regarding a gold income, maybe a passive effect from an item that grants you few G's each time you are near a dying unit that you've not last-hitted? Different versions of pickpocket mastery would also make me happy.
Regarding the jungler's gold income, maybe equiping smite could grant you passive gold/5 by a small amount? Would this be too abusable by laners? If given the choice, most people would invest in damage instead of a Sightstone.
You can't gank for your liners if they're dead.
Imagine a Leblanc support, with farm.
Unique Passive: Grants Gold whenever a nearby ally slays an enemy minion.
Every support rushes it now, so why not?
Or even maybe:
Philo Stone + Ruby Sightstone + 100g
GP10 + Above passive + Regen
(For luls) Every active Ghost Ward increases gold gain by 1
Would give a support a steady flow of income just by being near their ADC like a good support.
This has probably been mentioned though :/
Probably a silly idea, but it seems to work in smite, but then the gold from creeps there is far lower, iirc
