Nah, I only make renders when I can't find a (good) render. Found this one on the net and was free for use. (Look at me, talking as if I was making sigs all the time while in reality I make two per year. xD)

Hmm, my guess is a clipping mask on a blue gradient and 1px sharpened soft brushes :D
