Tangent: Dan Dinh's decision to max W first makes sense; Q appears to be a one-point wonder (A single level in Q gives her 600 range in rocket form and 50% AS in minigun form, additional levels neither reduce mana cost nor increase damage) and E gains nothing other than some extra base damage and marginal CDR (which is not very important considering that it's a zoning skill and not a dash/blink or something else that desperately needs CDR).
P.S. Yes, her W is almost the range of
Javelin Toss. And that's 140% total AD, not bonus AD. I wonder how much overreactive nerfing will happen before her release.

No. Champions only. Basically a global AoE Garen ult lol. Compare:
If it travels for over 1 second: 300 / 400 / 500 (+ 100% AD) (+ 25 / 30 / 35% of enemies' missing health)
Demacian Justice: 175 / 350 / 525 (+ 29 / 33 / 40% of target's missing health)
