2. Get W + E
3. Kill everything, sustain pokes
4. Get Q and go for kills.
I was facing Silver V first time

You basically go from being able to hit 2 axes when trading to hitting one, they also lowered his base mana - let me rephrase it, until around level 8-9 he used to be a stronger laner, guess that he's actually rather strong now - looking at the numbers.
