throatslasher and Sacre are both diamond, and less than a week ago both of their Ryze guides were in the high Elo guides. I noticed earlier while archiving my ( troll ) Ryze guide that they're not on the list anymore. Both of their badges seem to have disappeared too, at around the same time.
