Just thinking up ideas for anime characters that I'd like to see join the fray; I'm sure some of you will understand some of the technique references as well :). I use what the technique's effects were in the manga/anime; scaling adjusted to make it "balanced".


Melee Attack - Throws Kunai, range of 550

Innate - Sharingan Eye
- The Uchiha are known for having the Sharingan as a bloodline limit. Possessing this eye gives great insight to the user. Uchiha Sasuke receives 5% Quickened Channeling Time (Spells will still do full damage, just in a shorter time), 5% Dodge, 5% Critical Chance, 5% Increased Critical Damage, and 5% Move Speed; for every 1% HP that Sasuke is missing, Sasuke concentrates harder and all percentages rise by 0.2%. This effect is nullified while Sasuke is Blind or Stunned; the effect comes back 5 seconds after the blind/stun wears off.

Q - Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu
- Fire Style: Grand Fireball technique; this technique is one known by most Uchiha, involving breathing a stream of fire which incinerates enemies in its way. Requires 1 second channel to form hand seals with a casting range of 600; Sasuke also channels the spell - moving will cancel the technique. Deals 100/150/210/280/360 (+80% AP) magic damage over 2 seconds on an area with a radius of 325. All units caught in the technique will have their movement speed reduced by 30%.

W - Chidori
- Thousand Birds; this technique was passed down by Kakashi, involving charging one's hand with electricity then charging towards a target at extreme speeds. Requires 1.5 second channel to form hand seals; Sasuke cannot be stopped once the dash begins. Dashes to the target with 1000 move speed; deals 120/180/260/360/480 (+60% Bonus AD and 60% AP) magic damage and stuns the target for 1/1.1/1.2/1.35/1.5 seconds upon impact. Target selected must be at least 600 units away and at most 1000 units away. If the target is too close or moves into range, Sasuke's W will instead be a 600 unit blink for one blink (blink is able to be cast for 5 seconds) and Chidori will be put on half the total cooldown. If the target moves out of range, Sasuke will lose the mana used to charge and Chidori will be put on full cooldown.

E - Shishi Rendan
- Lion Barrage; this technique was developed through observing Rock Lee, involving a quick teleport underneath a target to kick them up into the air. With a casting range of 400, Sasuke blinks under the target and kicks it up into the air, dealing 80/130/190/270/370 (+100% Bonus AD) over 3 seconds, with the final blow kicking the target into the ground, dealing 25/50/100/150/200 (+10% Bonus AD) true damage and stunning it for 2 seconds. During this aerial time, targeting Sasuke or its target will result in Sasuke taking the damage, but only ranged attacks and targeted projectiles can hit. Stunning Sasuke during this technique will end the technique - only Sasuke will be stunned. Grounded projectiles will not hit (such as Morgana's binding or Mundo's cleaver). Sasuke loses 20% of his base armor and MR while in the air.

R - Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu & Raiton: Kirin
- A combination attack Sasuke came up with to use against Itachi, involving breathing dragon head fireballs and then using the heat to easily control a lightning strike from a thunderstorm. Requires a 2 second channel to form hand seals, fires 10 dragon heads randomly into a huge cone in front of Sasuke by channeling for 3 seconds, each dragon head deals 75/110/150 (+20% AP) magic damage to all units it passes through with a travel distance of 1000 units. If any dragon heads are fired, the area becomes scorched and allows for the second activation, Raiton: Kirin. This effect can be used for 3 seconds after the last dragon head was fired. Sasuke can choose any area within the cone Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu hit with 400 radius and strike lightning down, dealing 250/350/500 (+50% AP) magic damage to the area and stunning all targets hit for 1 second.

potential to be scary stuff, but a whole lot of channeling, whole lot, of, channeling

You know why there's a lot of channeling? Because manga/anime make techniques take a long time to make them look cool :3

But yeah, I could remove the initial channeling times for a decrease in damage output. It's not like these ideas are going to be made official anyway xD

That's why I had a second effect for Chidori, the blink.

Basically, the combo is to Chidori towards a target, use Shishi Rendan on them, and then either Q or R to hit the running target. You can also start by using Shishi Rendan, and since Chidori's target will be too close, you can blink away and cast either Q or R. The other combo is to activate Chidori too close to the target and blink to them immediately to use Shishi Rendan.

There's a lot of potential that this moveset has, and as much channeling as it is, I meant for him to be built hybrid so his AD will be pretty impressive as well (especially with Sharingan innate) with a little bit of comboing with spells.

I added Quickened Channeling Time to Sharingan innate to make this channeling less of a hassle.

I really don't think that anime characters should be possible to be found in LoL. It's a nice, well-described idea, buuuut, maybe at least make it in a certain different form or so?

I mean; Not Sasuke Uchiha, but just someone random, and also make the moves a slight bit different, so it doesn't look so much like Sasuke still :P

The whole point was to reference the anime though xD
I'm not expecting this idea to actually kick into real LoL, just a fun idea sporting the various techniques from anime.

Hmm how about his R being: Amaterasu

Which ignites the target dealing 300/450/600 damage (+150% of ability power) every 2 seconds and stuns the enemy for every 4 seconds.. Saske can maintain this ultimate on his enemy until he dies.

However whilst Ignite is active on the enemy saske recieves 100/250/400 damage every 2 seconds, and healing effects are reduced on saske by 20%.

That sounds pretty OP, to be honest. Maintaining it on them for as long as he wants? As long as Sasuke's team has a healer, the other guy is screwed.
