^ Actually the one who hits his skills will win :P It's more likely the one smartcasting will, but it's also very possible that due to smartcasting, you miss your skills. People who are new to it might just do that. Advanced smartcasters should have np with it tho :)

So I bit the bullet and made the switch to smartcast. I gotta say, it makes a world of difference. Especially when running away. Everything happens much more smoothly, and the combos string together much more quickly.

I gotta say, though, I HATE it on Ziggs' Q; it seems to screw up the physics of the bounce.

A friend of my recommended it to me. Maybe I'm going to try it out. I'm gonna post the results here. (BTW I'm a new LOL player)

If you're gonna use smartcast, don't use Viktor or Rumble.
