My friend recently made it to diamond 1 playing pretty much only kha'zix. His normal build is just brut into whisper, because of kha's outrageous damage that carries him through midgame even without a big AD item. I don't like kha'zix too much so I didn't really try it personally, but if you do you should give it a shot. He only plays him top as well.

Brutalizer into LW is super strong and the strongest damage combo early on taking into account cost efficiency. But I prefer building Brut into Tiamat because it's even cheaper, isn't that much weaker, and gives you MUCH better waveclear, so it doesn't take long to build LW after you have Tiamat.
I actually meant to build Tiamat that game too, but I accidentally bought BF Sword instead. Didn't matter anyway as it was a stomp either way. :P

I got the reference. :P I'd play Talon but I always have to pick before their mid is picked, and I feel safer blindly picking Kha'Zix as they think I might be top or jungle and just go ahead with regular picks. If I first pick Talon, people have this obsession of picking bruisers against me instead of regular mid laners. I've seen enough

Our Cait was ******ed. She spent the entire game flaming us for not ganking to win her lane for her. When I tried to gank while she was getting chased by a low vayne while she herself was on ~80 HP, she saw me ganking and tried to kill the low Vayne instead of settling for an assist. Result? Caitlyn died, I had to tower-dive her because she had like 20 HP and there was no way I was letting her get away like that. She countered my E with Condemn, then died to my Void Spike, then I got cleaned up by Nidalee who had apparently followed me. Cait spent the rest of the game flaming me for my "fail gank".

Arghh. I lost my lane because I died once because of how strong Ahri is vs Talon pre-6, then I got ganked by Shyvana just as I was going to kill ahri cuz Talon stronk vs Ahri post-6. I ended up taking like 40% of my HP as damage by Shyv before Ahri got in my range, so I jumped on her and burst her, and she Flash'd out of my W and my Ignite range while on 20% HP. Then I died to Shyv and Ahri proceeded to rape me after this.
