You mean Boots of Swiftness, in the Vlad game? I bought them in the last like 30 seconds, can't remember what I wanted them for, but I wouldn't buy them normally.

She managed to get catch up in XP, but I was pretty behind 'cuz Shaco stole most of my reds in laning phase, including the first one, so I hadn't had any influence at all on any lanes.
