Jinx lacks mobility unless she kills someone, so adcs that difficult to die cuz of natural tankiness( Urgot, Graves) along with sustain( Soraka, Sona) supports can harm her.Also killing lanes with killing supports (
Blitzcrank, Leona) along with lane bullies( Miss Fortune, Draven) can beat her as well.
Draven is, even after his nerf, probably the hardest counter to Jinx atm. His mobility, damage, burst and chase potential are all factors that give Jinx major issues. Paired with a support that can abuse her lack of mobility (e.g. Zyra, Janna, Thresh, Nami); he can really shut her down during the laning phase or at least force her to play defensive.

I find the whole Jinx release kinda sad tbh. Although a lot of people are screaming "Jinx op" left and right, her kit is pretty piss poor in the current assassin-focused meta. If she gets isolated and jumped by an assassin her options thin out faster than a woman getting ready for Paris Fashion Week. I mean, the only other two ADCs I know that "can't do jack" if jumped are Kog'Maw and Twitch, and both are hypercarries.

I fond that lucian counters Jinx. His movement speed is really helpful and his poke zones her a lot. But that is my gameplay

Jinx can kite.If you can't kite on her, you shouldn't be playing her.
