Got this today:
Quoted:
Error: Connection has not been initialised yet at LibOfLegends.RPCService.Call[ResponderType](String destination, String operation, Responder`1 responder, Object[] arguments) in c:\dev\ccn\trunk\ElophantTrunk\ElophantTrunk\RPCService.cs:line 247 at LibOfLegends.RPCService.GetSummonerByNameInternal(Responder`1 responder, Object[] arguments) in c:\dev\ccn\trunk\ElophantTrunk\ElophantTrunk\RPCService.cs:line 253 at ElophantTrunk.InternalCallContext`1.Execute() in c:\dev\ccn\trunk\ElophantTrunk\ElophantTrunk\InternalCallContext.cs:line 34 at ElophantInternalAPI.Program.ElophantInternalAPIService.Get(SummonerVerificationRequest request) in c:\dev\ccn\trunk\ElophantAPI\ElophantInternalAPI\Program.cs:line 2347 at ServiceStack.ServiceHost.ServiceRunner`1.Execute(IRequestContext requestContext, Object instance, TRequest request)

Where did you get that? On MOBAFire? Elophant client?

Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!
I got that today as well, I clicked it again and it said it worked and verified my account but it actually didn't.
My badge has disappeared 3 times. ELOPhant can find my summoner on and off (it can find it one second, then can't if I search it a second later).
Can't update achievements on ELOPhant either because it can't find my summoner. Seems like it keeps losing connection to all server data or something.
EDIT: Clicked it 5 times and it worked ;)

Thanks to YayaFTW for the sig.
It's been really wonky the past week due to a few things. We are working hard to fix it / contact Riot about some issues. Random servers API's will go down so verification / summoner lookup / badges won't work. OCE was working for me earlier today, but it might've gone down at the time you checked.
