If you level up your Q instead of your W you lose the early nuking potential of zap!
I've tried both ways and I max zap! every time because it helps chunk enemies down for easier
and less dangerous kill opportunities, besides when it hits lvl 5 god help the enemy adc if you're still neck deep in the laning phase (although if you did max W to begin with I doubt this is nigh impossible). And maxing it so late in the game is wasting all this damage potential. The only reason anyone should max it second is if they couldn't hit the side of a barn.
And I get your items because you max Q, "you don't need attack speed" but jinx's damage comes in two parts, speed and hard crits. Hear me out, go dorans>BF/pickaxe(if you're not having a good early game) vamp scepter> boots> IE> Phantom Dancer> BThirster> situationals.
This build never has failed me and has stomped any jinx inexperienced enough to build Phantom dancer or worse BOTRK(god help me.) first (you will be surprised how often this happens).
Just see what happens and tweak your guide.
Since I REALLY love your build, I would like you to improve the actual content of your guide, since you seem to have some really good ideas. Looking forward to it!
Well, not really.
