[/quote] Wtf! What are you smoking, man? O_O [[poppy]] suffers from lack of options during the laning phase. This problem arises from her high mana costs and low mana pool/regen. All she can do is just harass the opponent with [[devastating blow]] (Q) until it becomes diveable. Also, late game champs aren't favourable in the current meta where everyone tries to win fast. That being said she can out-trade anyone, even [[Olaf]]. She also out-scales pretty much every other champ because [[valiant fighter]] and [[diplomatic immunity]] are OP. Her movespeed is standard for melee bruiser/carry types but because of the bonkers [[paragon of demacia]] skill and her standard build she ends up out-running everyone. If you practice, landing the stun will become extremely easy. Though, you don't even need to go out of your way to land the stun unless you're duelling [[jax]] at certain stages of the game. Boring? That's subjective. TL;DR: The bits highlighted in red are so wrong it's not even funny.[/quote]
