Yeah, it's far from finished, Ixidox. I've not had much time to work on it; studies to do, and all that jazz...plus, recently I've shifted away from playing Sivir, so I've not particularly been motivated to test new things out as her so I have reliable information for the guide, sorry!

Thanks for liking my supp/adc section, it's the only reason I've kept it published, because I think that what I do have might help someone. ^^

Wondering whether this is really updated for her new kit.
But +1 for detailed notes on supports and enemy adcs!

Thanks for the comment Morik! :)
I was hoping notes would be fine but it seems not; no worries, I'll add an item section soon!
Personally the somewhat random arrival of "bruiser" items like cleaver in her recommended build confused the f out of me so. I'll get to adding a more AoE oriented build, especially for someone like Sivir because of her new ricochet limit removal.

Thanks again!

I'd really like to see some discussion about items.
Your notes are ok, but:

- why so early on boots 2? What is your thinking here?
(I generally wait on boots 2 on most ADCs until the end of laning, as offense is generally more valuable to me than 20 extra MS. Hell on some ADCs I won't even buy boots 1 for a while.
I know Sivir doesn't have an escape other than her ult... but is it really worth 575 gold to get boots 2? Why not get boots 1 + avarice blade instead?)

- You should discuss black cleaver. With the rework, you can shred 15% armor from everything near you over the course of 3 attacks. BC shreds armor when you deal phys damage; not an 'on-hit' effect, but an effect that triggers when dealing phys damage), so her ricochet works to apply it to everyone.
Personally, I'd probably replace the PD with this. (Or with Last Whisper if my team doesn't benefit much from the armor shred.)

- When to go for an AoE build over traditional ADC build? E.g., go black cleaver + heavy damage items + some CDR, giving up extra attack speed & crit to make room. (Resulting in heavier hits from ricochet bounces, more frequent ricochets, and good armor shred vs their whole taem, but lower dps to a single target.)
This gives you an AoE build that is inferior for dueling, but could work well in teamfights. Especially if your team has a lot of other phys damage dealers (BC will quickly shred the entire enemy team's armor).
Note that with at least 25% CDR (more certain with more CDR), your ricochet can go off often enough to keep the BC armor shred active. You get 3 stacks on everyone the first time, up that to 5 stacks (max) the 2nd time, and refresh the 5 stack shred each time after that.

This wasn't finished (captain obvious here) and I don't know why it was published, but still, thanks to the one person who posted some constructive criticism rather than just "unfinished -1". Resuming work on it now since the rework is launched. :)

You build the same way I do, except I'd normally build Bloodthirster > Statikk Shiv > Infinity Edge > Phantom Dancer.

However, your guide isn't "complete". There's a lot of information you can add still, along with a fair amount of formatting to make the guide easier to read.

First things first, you don't need Lore as part of your guide. What you probably should put there ("So, who is this chick?") is possibly her winrate and her latest plays in the competitive scene. If you can find a selection of good Sivir plays on Youtube, that'd probably fit there the best.

Second thing, your "intro" isn't really suitable. You already said that you're playing her as an ADC. There's no reason to say what roles she cannot fulfill, since that's more or less irrelevant to the guide, nor is there any reason to say what other lanes you occasionally see her in.

Pros v Cons could use a formatting fix. So could your runes/masteries. Look up other highly rated guides and see if you can replicate their formats. Your skills should be a different chapter entirely, explaining how each skill works, how to use it effectively (because Boomerang Blade is a lot more costly than Ricochet), and any situations where you might switch up the skill order ( Boomerang Blade is better for harass, but Ricochet is better for pushing or hitting a target who moves around in the backline a lot).

Now, onto the actual information.

Lane synergy for supports. Lane counters for enemy carries and supports. You should rate them based on difficulty and how you should play Sivir against each matchup.

How her gameplay runs. Suggestions for early game CSing and harassing. Suggestions for midgame teamfights. Suggestions for lategame objective-clearing.

You're missing a Summoner Spells section.

You're missing an alternative item (and an item section in general). You need to explain your itemization (for example, "I take Statikk Shiv early on with Sivir to capitalize on her incredible pushing power for taking towers around midgame.")
