Your usage of notes SUCK! seriously it gives nothing to a person going in to a game and needing a cheatsheet explanation, maybe you just lack the depth of the champ needed to summarize stuff about her?
Generally on stationary carries i prefer to get 2-3 doran's blades for lane dominance and making those crits hit big instead of just hitting somewhat big, as an example: 10=>25 extra damages for a crit with triple doran's as opposed to single+vamp.
Early zerker greaves are really bad on ANY carry, MS is pretty darn useless in lane.
BotRK is pretty much the Assasin counter because it effectively gives you a bigger health pool against burst, BT if you're against no-dive, since you'll be unstopable then.
Your explanation for phantom V. shiv is really lacking in depth pro-tip: shiv's the only choice, jinx isn't as much of an AA carry as others where that PD's better.
ALWAYS LW, TBC sucks in comparison on any ad-carry.
Your masteries confuse me, 21/9 is far superior to 21/8/1, dat 30 health can make a big difference in a lvl 1 fight specifically.
Very bland and uninfomative guide overall imo.

2. I think black cleaver is not that bad especially on Jinx. She will have a fast attack speed, making her able to get all stacks of black cleaver. And it gave her cdr which she needs a little so she could use more zap and flame chompers

4. I guess it should be noted. Anyway, you quoted it yourself. If the player haven't got barrier (i forgot which level), they should take heal :D
5. Yeah, haven't really thought about the counter

@2; Yes, but the problem is that you first need to attack 5 times before it is close to the penetration power of last whisper (against high armored targets). Last whisper is better for penetration purposes in any situation for an ADC, especially when someone else in your team already gets the cleaver (since it doesn't stack higher, only faster). Therefore LW is the way to go :3
@4; Uhm, if that pick is for low levels only, I think you should note that. Also; Barrier is unlocked at lvl 6, and before lvl 6, it is highly unlikely anyone would buy Jinx anyway due to her high cost. If you want to, you can keep it in, but then you have to note that it is only for pre-6 ppl :3

2. Surely there are more defensive options than FM and GA. Also, black cleaver is a nono on an ADC :3
3. Keep your chapter titles short and to the point for a more structured content.
4. Flash is a musthave summoner spell for Jinx, which should be noted in your guide. "If you haven't get Barrier this is a nice alternative. While not as good as barrier, this sure will save you from some situation." Then why even mention it?
5. Counters too big, and you made the counter "data" very compact. Why not put multiple counters next to eachother, or make the counter section bigger by adding some explanations while putting them in spoilers (or a custom table of contents :3).
6. Overdose of spoilers. For the synergies it is fine, for the counters it would be fine, items however, are better off open to the outside world :P

And about the spoiler, not everyone want to read about items and supports. It isn't as important as using skills and gameplay because you can just follow the items and supports are random in solo queue, depending on your ally. And as I said, the counter thing is only a W.I.P. I know it isn't good but I need enough feedbacka before continuing

That's just a bit mixed up, you should have read the guide then just read the cheat sheet (it's called cheat for something :P)
Not convinced by the rest of your guide either. I like IE first myself as well and Q max, the rest of the guide is a bit meh.
Concerning coding: You overused spoilers and the Counter section looks kinda messed up. It's not a pleasant read.
