Hello guys, I am EdisonKhoo and I have something to ask. Does 
Rod of Ages is still a core item for Annie or an situational item? Because I don't really like to build Rod of Ages, I prefer a more burster Annie, I still need to know whether Rod of Ages is still a core item of hers or not :).

Was it ever core? As far as I know you just go double doran's into DFG. Only go RoA in really hard matchups (perhaps fizz?)
In season 1, when she was popular, it was a core item on her. Currently I'd just go with the build Vynertje suggested as it seems what most
go big or go home!
