The text just kinda looks thrown there. Try messing with the colors or smudging it a bit. I also don't think his eyes need to be that bright; darken them a little.

DKitten might be onto something, the eyes are a bit too light and text doesn't realy fit in, try messing with the shades and different fonts (try http://www.dafont.com/ site)
I changed the eyes do a darker color and changed the text a bit.
