Personally, I think people in bronze, silver and maybe lower gold are bad and the only way you can win despite those players being on your team is not to flame and QQ in game. If your top goes 0/7 (which has happened to me in several games), the only thing you can really do is try to carry the game yourself. I know it's difficult and I lost 5 games in a row because of it but I don't think yelling and QQing is gonna get you to a higher rating :)
