I do agree with Satella though about taking E at level 2. I'm always on the edge of my seat waiting to ding level 2 so I can all in my lane opponent but you need W to pull this off. Early game Riven should be (in most cases) all about bullying and E is the last skill you need for this.

I scrolled to the end of the comments section to make a comment about the glaring mistake in your masteries but again Satella beat me to it. Spell Weaving and Blade Weaving - lol, dude these masteries were basically created and named with Riven in mind. To me, Riven is all about armor and dps. I'm going to run 22/8, dropping Dangerous Game in Offense and adding Spell and Blade Weaving. I'm also dropping Juggernaut from Defense. Juggernaut is really only going to come into play late game, maybe mid game, and by that time your shield and armor should be enough to out dps the enemy. If you really felt that extra 3% health mattered I could see dropping Double-Edged Sword from Offense so you pick up Juggernaut.

I disagree with Satella that your guide is subpar though :-) Maybe just a little rough around the edges!

Have you even read the Rune-Chapter? The part about the Glyphs pretty much says all you've written here. Please read the chapters before judging this. Mobafire just let me add ONE runebuild at the top. And honestly...there's nothing wrong about splitting your glyphs as riven.
I guess I am experienced enough to say that these items aren't out of date in any way. The only point where this fact fails is the part about BT and FM, i'll gonna fix that.
The maxe-Q-thing is true. That was a missclick of mine. OFC Q gonna get maxed at 9.
Need to admit, the part about sunfire is a bit too short to make a guess how i meant that, but anyway, it's by far not the best item for riven and i wouldn't rush it ofc, but it's not even the worst item to get...

If you're gonna run CDR runes, get the full 7.5%. Don't half-*** it with scaling MR runes.

You don't max Q by 9 because you took two points in E for some reason. Why?

Only take E level 2 if you can't kill them (uncheeseable champions who can get away from your Q), or if you see the enemy jungler coming.

Sunfire is not good on Riven. Buy Randuin's or something if you need armor/HP.

Masteries are incorrect. Block and Unyielding are mandatory, as are Blade Weaving and Spell Weaving (2 points for 3% damage amp? yes please)

You have easy matchups listed as hard and hard matchups listed as average.

Overall the guide is subpar.

Maybe PM me for explaining your opinion and why it should be qualified enough to believe. I'm really up for critics and advices, but there's simply no argue in your opinion.
