S4 Mastery page theory crafting

Yup, new Talon rune page is 21/0/9, those potions are broken. Each individual HP pot now heals for 35 more HP than they used to. And that makes Long Sword start infinitely stronger than Doran's Blade start too now, I think. Now that you can afford 3 HP potions, Long Sword Start gives you 555 HP. In season 3 3 potions only healed you for 450, and you couldn't even get 3 with Long Sword.[/quote]

[/quote] Well the AD was reduced by 2, which slightly reduces your lifesteal, and the HP regen on-hit for ranged champs was also reduced by 2. But having said that you can also buy 1 HP pot with it now, so idk. If you're going with the utility masteries though I think Long Sword is definitely better on ADC's.[/quote]
