Right now I'm leaning towards Doran's still being slightly better because of the flat hp and the passive but we'll see. I'll do some pro as heck mathematical scientific calculations later.

With the potion masteries the bonus from one single potion heals you for almost as much hp as Veteran Scars gives (half of which is instant) and with each further potion you're making a profit in effective hp. Block is ok I guess but look how much else you get from utility in compensation with the movespeed, mana regen and 10% summoner CDR. The other low tier defence masteries are pretty horrible now.

1. Not forgiven.

2. 0/9/21 is probably good on a support who builds Face of the Mountain? They don't get any bonus gold for themselves from Mountain like they would with Not Shurelya's or Frost Queen. Those types of supports are also more than likely tanky supports who benefit from the 21 pt Utility skill for initating.

Left side of offense tree is kinda bad imo. I'd also take the last 21th point.
