It's not a terrible idea but I don't think it's particularly necessary. You should be able to push with autoattacks early game to keep the wave from hitting your tower. By the time your opponent has decent waveclear you should be able to kill them (at least that's what I see from successful leblanc players).
Once you have, say, a
Needlessly Large Rod and a couple Doran's Rings you can clear the wave pretty easily with W-R or just a few autoattacks and a W.
AD marks wouldn't be too bad though. I think you might be better off with hybrid pen if you want to abuse a melee champion early, or magic pen if you won't be able to get many autoattacks off on your opponent.

But minions don't exactly have armor, so running hybrid runes wouldn't do anything for farming.
But it would be indeed nice for harassing, particularly for long range AA mages (Annie comes to mind).
Not sure where I read it, but I've heard of people in high elo starting with doran's blade on Annie to abuse her long AA range.

It is a terrible idea. Mpen marks are so important to your early all-in.
Get better at last hitting. Leblanc has 0 farm capabilities for a good reason, because she's one of the best assassins in the game. Just shut down your lane opponent and shoot for 60-70 farm or more every 10 minutes and you'll do fine.

that's totally different than Leblanc though. You really need magic pen on her, though you MIGHT be able to get away with hybrid pen...starting Doran's Blade on her would be terrible though, she relies on AP to burst through targets and that would heavily gimp her in lane.

Really, Leblanc has so much burst that mpen runes seems to not make that much a difference. And most people will build sorc boots and (some) build haunting guise early, offsetting the lack of mpen.
What do you think?
