-Because ad sion pretty much only has his autoattacks as his main resource of damage, you'll want to rush a lot of attack speed and crits when you have the chance. I've made the mistake of trying to make my single auto-attacks strong against other top laners but there was some of those situations where buying a lot of attack speed simply is better than buying damage. Most of the time I'll rush more attack speeds and crit items like zeal(maybe two sometimes) in order to par up my damage to the enemy.
I don't think
As I mentioned in the guide, I like to splitpush early and often, moving into teamfights once you get a good bit of health and a few more items, so I prefer Ravenous Hydra over Blade of the Ruined King. Also, the range on the BotRK active is shorter than the range of all ADCs, so you'll still get kited pretty easily with that.
Additionally, I really love the AOE lifesteal Hydra gives me.
Thanks to you both for the comments! I'll be making a large-ish update to the guide in a day or two.
6/10 item picks + structure
You could really improve the cheat sheet by making a bit smaller. I don't know if merging atk spd items and ad items and merging mr items and armor items would solve this though. You could explain them thoroughly in the guide later. I'd also add
7/10 the rest
I don't really know if I'd ever take
Structure + coding: 12/15
8/10 uses of overviews, schemes and other uses of structure
The guide looks pretty clear and nice, but there are some parts that I don't like, this for example. I really like this idea though, it looks nice. I'd just tone down the colors, in the abilities section for example.
4/5 uses of coding
There are some advanced coding but is mostly seems like "basic" coding. But if it looks good and you can easily read it, you have succeeded.
Content: 43/50
20/25 Full Build Quality Explanation
I just gave it a quick look but I'd like to say a few things. You should add more information about when to get it in general. You have some certain enemies that item is good against but you need more of a basic and general "when to get" explanation.
20/20 Tactical Quality Explanation
I hope I make no mistake here. You have tips & tricks and you have explained the phases and how to play in each. You certainly do have "tactical" explanations. With a quick look nothing seemed wrong to me.
3/5 Quantity content
There isn't that much so you'd deserve 5 but 3 is already a strong number.
Bonus: 5/10
0/5 bonus chapters (matchups and synergy chapters)
5/5 attitude towards the readers (wants to improve)

Path of the Successor (61-80/100)
I'd really like to see you answering to the questions I asked :) Carry on with the guide!
+Rep is always appreciated ;)

@2; Youmuu's is a very specific item. It is for melee, I agree, it is for people that benefit from crit, AS and CDR, that must be able to use it to its full extent within 6 seconds. Sion cannot benefit from this full duration since he is easily kited and will likely not kill someone in that 6 seconds because of that. Making other picks more appealing. Randuins+Frozenheart is an unnecessary combination anyway, my point remains. With the last point, I was mistaken, I meant a sticking item (so basically
@4; Furor is not bad, especially for someone who is dependant on sticking at his target, such as Sion. Therefore worth mentioning.
@Justsoyknow; I write sins based on the things that I consider wrong at that moment. Therefore my sins might change over the course of time.
1: Done, if you insist. Doesn't feel tanky enough to me anymore though.
2: Still disagree with you about Ghostblade; you make a good point, but I still believe it to be an effective item on Sion, so I'm leaving it in. And if that's what you mean by sticking item, wouldn't Randuin's Omen, which I already have, be fairly effective? It makes Sion significantly harder to kite, plus the active is great for slowing them down some more.
4: I will mention it if you insist, but I'll probably mention the other enchantments I like as well; Homeguard and Distortion.
1: No room for it in the sample build. The bruiser build desperately needs the attack speed from Blade of the Ruined King, as well as the AOE healing from Ravenous Hydra. Removing one of the defensive items is not worth it either, as your defense takes a significant drop.
2: I disagree completely with the first point. Ghostblade is an incredible item on Sion; the only problem with it is that it gives less crit and attack speed than Phantom Dancer. Not removing Frozen Heart either, but I added a note about it being outclassed by Randuin's, and that it's still good if you need more armor and already have Randuin's. As for your last point, I'm confused. What do you mean by gapclosing item?
3: I'll do this one in a little bit.
4: Furor is pretty bad imo. I'll write up a section about trinkets and warding fairly soonishly.
5: Added an explanation.
Just so you know, most of those points applied to the original version of the guide, and you didn't care about them then. :(

Thy sins
1. No ArPen in bruiserbuild.
2. Youmuus is a nono, Randuins > Frozen heart for any situation for Sion, therefore not worth recommending. No gapclosing item in the ADC build, which is a must as AD Sion.
3. "Q: Is this the best setup for Sion?
// In my opinion, yes it is. However, I understand that many people are used to maxing the number of points in each tree at nine or twenty-one, they may seem strange at first." I would expand on this if I were you. Test some other mastery setups as well and tell your experiences with them.
4. Nothing about the enchantment Furor, nor about trinkets and warding in the guide.
5. "Death's Caress should be taken at level 1, then maxed before Cryptic Gaze and after Enrage." Care to explain?

Thy blessing
1. C2V
2. Well structured cheatsheet
3. Full build explanation
4. Good structure in guide
5. Full tactical explanations
Result: Path of the Student
Your use of structure of the guide is fine, a lot of the necessary information is in there, but there is still a lot of room for improvement.
I'd suggest looking a second time at your build, fix your explanations and that is pretty much it.
