When I try to vote on a guide, it takes ages for the little pop up box "thanks for voting!" to come up. I've never had this issue in the past. This occurs with all guides I vote on, whether it's an up-vote or down-vote.

Internet provider is the same as always. Google Chrome as browser.

I am. When I click vote, it takes about 10 seconds to register.

I've seen a lot of people post the same thing two or three times before actually voting recently, pretty sure that it is because they click more than once (because it takes so long).

A way to prevent repeat votes would be to have the screen go grey with a little *working* cog or something to indicate the site is processing your command. Maybe? Or at least time out the voting option with a working cog, the same with publishing/saving guides.
