+1 Great guide. I only have one question: Why get Enchanted Armor instead of Recovery ? Enchanted Armor increases only bonus armor and MR, not total .. and with only 5%. With not having items for bonus armor and MR I think this is useless. On the other side - 2hp/5 sec will help for better lane sustain, right?

Tough Skin is almost useless on AD Carries, and Recovery is useless because of bonus lifesteal. If you aren't running bonus lifesteal quints then Recovery is good to take, but keep in mind that bonus armor buffs on your team will stack nicely with Enchanted Armor. Thanks for the comment though!
Good guide overall, although Feast is in my opinion a horrible mastery and you should replace it with Blade Weaving or Spell Weaving . Your explanation on why you took Feast is cut off as well.
