In the end you would have:
Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer, Infinity Edge, Infinity Edge , Statikk Shiv and Bloodthirster
There are a few problems you will face with this build:
1. You will have no defense whatsoever
2. You will have no lifesteal until late game
3. You will have no armor penetration whatsoever
This means that you can get wrecked really easy by CC, armor and just damage overal. Therefore it is recommended to have an end build like this:
1. Berserker's greaves
2. Lifesteal item (BotRK or Bloodthirster)
3. Crit+AS item (Phantom Dancer or Statikk Shiv)
4. infinity edge
5. Last Whisper
6. Defense item (preferably anti-CC)
You will not have 100% crit and you will have less damage than your glass cannon build. However, you actually survive much longer, allowing more damage output overal. So yeah, I think your build can improve quite a bit :P

With Life steal quints and a support that can heal such as soraka, sona, nid etc. is it really that necessary to get BT first?
Yes :P
It will give you a lot more early game power (stronger in 2v2 and 1v1 scenarios, more lane sustain and survivability overal).

Soraka's heal is on a fairly long cooldown, Sona's is a very low amount and support Nid is fairly bad.
Also, for the amount of AD that it gives for its price, it's amazing.
To touch more upon this, I have found that some sona guides have shifted to maxing W first, with the idea that not maxing W provides slightly lower poke damage, while tripling the heal/second that sona does, in addition to providing significant defensive bonuses. It's important to note that sona's damage won't go down the hole due to her passive, Power Chord, too.

It's a 100 point heal though, and that's at max rank. Sure it gives some defensive stats, but it's still only 100 health.

1. Dorans blade, 1 health pot, trinket.
2. B.F. Sword (Or berserkers boots if I don't have enough gold on first back)
3. Zeal
4. I. Edge
5. Phantom Dancer
6. Vampiric scepter
7. Second I. Edge
8. Statikk Shiv
9. Blood Thirster
I've been thinking about building Shiv before my second I.Edge because the gold can get tricky at that point. It's a costly build and a glass cannon for sure, but I can generally kill everyone before they kill me mid and late game. Thoughts?
