Ezreal really doesn't deal much magic damage, especially early game. Life steal or AD quints are probably better
Max something at lvl 9, don't take W before you have to (=When Q and E are maxed)
You can't take
Don't scatter your masteries so much. 21/9/0 or 21/0/9
The structure is rather bad
It could use some advanced coding in it.
