so basically his passive says, if you use skills you kill yourself therefore if you harass and if you get counterharassed you instantly lose the trade because now you have lower hp regen for 4+ seconds
also how in the hell is he going to get 100 "mutilation" if each of his abilities have higher than a 4 second cool down

**** you're right. I stopped working on him between that very long gap of months and I didn't work long enough on his passive because I didn't have the time to think about it for a long time. Thanks I just knew there was something wrong but I couldn't see it DX. It was kinda hard to see every single mistake and to iron it out by myself. Can you tell me more stuff that is wrong with this because I've attempted many champion concepts but I pretty much failed hard at all of them. How can I make it so that his passive makes him powerful yet prevents him from being a spam master in lane?
i think giving him a passive that kills him is one thing that isnt that great, im currently thinking of a champion that runs on a different resource so i know how awkward it is to try and make one that isnt op
the thing thats wrong with his passive is that it has more negatives than positives, he loses hp regen, when hes full he loses 10% of his hp, for what? 40% extra damage(btw thats wtf strong)
Rumble has a similar passive, using too many skills forces him to go on a "cooldown" but during that cooldown he has extra damage on his autos so its a decent trade-off, with your champions current passive youre better off not using any skills
i really dont know how you would make a passive for this guy thats similar to the one you have but you could do what they did with other manaless champions, give them a bad earlygame by having high cooldowns (which is what it looks like you have), or by giving them a nonoptimal late game to make up for being a good lane bully (i.e. garen)
as for Q you basically cc yourself, i wouldnt give a timer on it just let him do it sort of, instantly i guess, also add some cc to it like a stun or slow or something, he doesnt have any cc outside of his ultimate, which isnt good for what looks like an ap tank (like sej, naut, etc)
W seems fine but you dont need all that "after resistances" thing, just say "and will have a shield for a quarter of the damage dealt"
E doesnt really make much sense, i dont know if this champion is going to be a top laner or a jungler but the only time this ability would be helpful is if hes a jungler since Q and W dont work on minions or monsters, reminds me sort of like kass's W/passive, its kind of ignored since you arnt autoattacking much and kass's passive is mainly for the 15% magic resist
R is a fine ult just take out the whole "mutilation to 100 double bonus" thing thats just obnoxious, the active is good enough for an ult, sort of like a vi ult except the damage to others comes from dropping after rather than the charge into

I'm not sure on this but is okay if I make him heal to make up for his long cooldowns so he can stay in lane. Also is it also viable to just add more splash damage with a strong 1 hit punch?(btw ima change it later so if he waits 4 seconds, he gets back the ability at half cooldown, I'm really short on time)

COOLDOWN: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
R - Destruction(active): He'll gain 20/30/40 AP and an increased 10% ap ratio on all of his abilties. After waiting 1.25 seconds, the next cast on this ability is a targeted ability. Jean-Paul rushes to an enemy's location that is within 475 range, by first grabbing them and jumping in the air then eventually piledriving back down. Although this renders the target vulnerable to Jean's ally's attacks while in mid-air the target can't cleanse themselves to break free but they can get receive active ability buffs and cleanses from allied champions. The targeted champion will take 178/217/256+100% AP magic damage and be slowed for 25/35/45% movement speed for 2 seconds upon landing. Along with landing he'll knock up enemy units around himself within 300 distance radius for 1 second and deal half the magic damage he dealted to his main target.

I've spent some time on this some months ago and I'm still a bit unsure about his kit. What I aim for is making him into having 2 options of turning into a risky semi-tank high damage aoe damager or a full tank with devastating sustain and presence. Once again I'm still foggy on the LoL Meta.
