I really didn't do much, but I made it a bit lighter and added some fractals (Screen) to it. Then I did the borders :p
EDIT: I can't do any text, I suck at making those :D
unfortunately, the attractiveness of it is somewhat ruined by the fact that it says "you can't milk those".

^I'd do the text in a lighter color with a drop shadow, tends to look cleaner imo
