I would run him like this crit runes 20%+IE-> 90% crit then get Hydra/BT or Botrk for his attack speed on Q ya like this IE and Botrk then tanky or LW but once you hit lvl 6 you can penetrate a bunch of armor 50% bonus to be exact.
9/21 should be viable so due to his early hp and defense lack

IE+Botrk+Hydra+atk speed boots+ 2 tank items spirit visage and denfense tree second wind will make your lifesteal even better and randuins maybe or guardian prefer randuins tho

Bork procs passive on his Q. Its not bad. I prefer it as my lifesteal option, but otherwise I use hydra.

I'd run Merc treads simply because you're going to be mid. I don't actually play Yasuo, but its rather standard to run those boots on ad mid assassins.

I'd say Shiv BoRK IE is core, in that order.

Ok one more idea 20% runes are quit squishy as I mentioned how about marks quints crit chance =14% and hit for trinity and IE 98% crit chance in the end and trinity proc + some hp

If you wanna do critical chance runes use 1-3 crit chance reds. No more than than that.

you're losing too many effective stats by using runes that are not reliable (Chance based) by using any more.

I agree with tehasian's items and I think a few critchance runes could be ok. He doesn't need the full thing, just enough so once he built IE and Shyv he has 100% crit
