[/quote] Not using runes/masteries would be an ideal handicap, tbh, since a fair amount of the players are usually Silver/Gold anyway. Just make sure you have 16 champions and the referees usually don't mind letting you join. I think Oxide or Polse had an EUW smurf account that wasn't level 30 either a while back in Season 2, lol. And Fridays are meant to be my free time. Why is it I never have time to play an Inhouse anymore? q.q[/quote]
