Love this guide! This needs to be up-voted more to stop those filthy Katarinas from buying Hextech Gunblade. It burns my soul when people buy that on Kat ;-;

There really is only 6 items to build on to be as effective as possible right now :P

I was planning on recreating this guide, without leaving any of the old information but adding some newer information and spicing it up with my new snazzy coding skills :) I will get to that in the future Cathy :)

Great guide,helped me alot :)

so... i'm the kat that always builds liandry's first to make laning easier. I just love how a q will take 15% or so of the beefiest champ's life away after q's torment's last tick, but i have noticed that it's pretty much useless in team fights, so I can see why you say its not as good as others. I also build hexteck, but I see your point and I doubt i'll ever build it on her again because what you said made a lot of sense and I feel stupid for ever getting it now.

It goes like this. You dont need the spell vamp from , pot's are enough sustain and you wont really be needing it during fights. It doesn't give you as much burst as and you honestly don't need the attack damage or the slow from because you have resets to chase people. It's a very outdated build and should not be bought on ever again.
