Meanwhile I was trying my own hand at smudging. Haven't smudged since that syndra sig in the Battle Arena, so really rusty.
Really like the overall sig, made it vertical to fit the render better. I just really hate that dark spot on the bottom left and the smudging over his head is weird. Oh well... thoughts?

I don't think the fractals really work there; they're a bit, eh, girly for the theme of the whole thing. The glowy things are kinda misplaced too in my opinion, could try putting them under the render cause otherwise it takes away from the focal.
And since everyone's doing smudging now I thought I'd try to make something myself. First attempt ever, if you don't count the previous version of the signature.

Nice work, but slightly bright, just keep practising and try using a smaller canvas.
