Most common build for Kha'Zix jungle that I've seen is: Spirit of the Elder Lizard for nice early game damage/sustain/jungle clear and extra gold, fallowed by Ravenous Hydra for more clear/sustain/burst and Last Whisper for obvious reasons as core items on Kha'Zix jungle. Also please don't build Wriggle's Lantern.

I've already got the base build down, what I'm missing is deciding on my jungle item + Manamune viability and why I should be choosing them.

Spirit of the Elder Lizard - the passive procs on everything kha'zix does and helps his clear times better than wriggles
Ravenous Hydra - gives more burst with the active as well as a faster clear time (E W Hydra is normally enough to clear a camp)
Last Whisper - Armor pen and more AD
Manamune - you dont need it since youll more than likely be having blue buff early game and the passive on the spirit stone items will keep you full on mana after you get it, the toggle effect is ok but youre giving up an armorpen item, or GA
my build i do is elder lizard > CDR boots > hydra > Lw > GA > TBC
the thing with manamune is that you have to build the tear early so youll get the stacks, and if you build it early it means youre setting back another item and you really want to get your Elder lizard, boots, hydra, and LW as fast as possible

Wriggle's Lantern VS Spirit of the Elder Lizard
I roll the Lantern currently, but the Elder Lizard would not have to be switched out later in the game once you completely give up on laning because it allows you sustain by taking a few seconds to wipe out a camp and gives plenty of damage on everything.
Manamune replacement?
I know Kha'Zix has a great need for both the mana and damage, but with the sustain from Elder Lizard, is it then necessary anymore in the jungle or especially in fights? Grabbing a Bloodthirster (or even Trinity Force for that nice spellblade w/ other numerous benefits) would make up for the damage.
I'm not too sure on this one, because the toggle for Muramana is incredibly good, letting you just switch it on for massive damage with your Q and autos.
