What kind of Comps are you getting matched with and against. Because it sounds like you are getting matched with people who like to play squishy assassins, even if they go against bulkier comps. A lot of low level games are won and lost in champion select, especially in this regard where your team has a single burst and is done. This sounds more like a team comp issue instead of a "Am I a bad ADC?" Issue because based on what you say, you aren't. But I need game footage to and numbers before I say anything further.
As a support main I must confess that we think of Marksman as our slaves. You exist to deal damage for us and be a primary target for the enemy team so we know exactly where they will strike.
If your team isn't properly peeling for you, you are likely horribly out of position.
From my experience, the ADC usually always gets dropped first in most fights but they kited people around long enough for everyone else to murder them. Just work on kiting and positioning and you should be fine if your team knows how to properly peel and ****.
But yes, your first mistake is paying ADC. Supports are the carries this season. ADCs are like dogs on leashes to us.

i thought tanks were the new carries
EDIT: btw in the scores you posted, all but 1 have more than 5 deaths which is bad for an adc, it doesnt matter if you got 15 kills because you died 9 times, if your team isnt peeling for you and diving the enemy team then just try to do more damage to them than their adc does to your divers so that your team can finish everyone else off

the end score though are those situations we lose 3 teamfights anyways but during the actual game my deaths are around 3-6
Possibly DuoQ with a good support, if you know one. Right now I'm spamming duoq with a good friend of mine, running cait+lulu lanes all day.
Lulu is one of those champions that can keep your ADC alive, no matter what is being thrown at him.
Besides that, focus on your own positioning in teamfights and ask your team to peel for you.

I love lulu so much as an adc, but my support main friend refuses to play anything but non-meta picks. I seriously have to solo que ranked, cuz If I duo que with my friends it's just one person that I know I have to carry for sure.
Sorry for the tangent, but what I was trying to say was I agree with vynertje.

I don't know if you are aware of this trick, but you can position yourself better by alternating between right-clicking the opponent and right-clicking where you need to be going for whatever purpose.
The others have hit it on the head. The major issue is that you have terrible positioning and get caught too easily. That can be the only reason you died so much. For us support mains, we may try our hardest to protect you, but if you have **** positioning, nothing we do will keep you alive. You can't just run away from your team. Good positioning involves knowing whether you should split off from your team or kite in a way that'll lead them into your team. You said it yourself that you die 3-6 times before teamfights. That's a LOT. It means you die through lane trades, through being out of position and just having generally bad map awareness.
One more thing is to know how aggressive you can be. One of the main reasons you have an ADC is actually turret pressure and arguably

Basic habits to pick up:
- Look at the minimap every 2-3 seconds at least.
- Learn to kite around your team and not just away from enemy tanks.
- Learn to apply proper turret pressure.

I'm pretty sure you're the only person to have this kind of opinion of ADCs. I guess it was funny at first but I strongly disagree with the whole ADCs being slaves to supports now thing.

Lemme give a few examples:
My main adc's are Jinx and Caitlyn btw
We manage to zone out the enemies and out CS and even grab 1-3 kills. When tf starts breaking down, The ****ing annoying ultra-tanks disrupt me from the fight forcing me to focus them and I'm usualy left to kite for myself without any peel while the rest of the team goes for the backline (in these cases if there's a supp Leona theyll dive in the enemy backline, if there's a lulu or janna with me, her spells get completely outclassed by let's say, dr mundo/olaf/shyvana chase power. the support I like having is mostly thresh because of the strong peeling power).
Ok so meanwhile my teams assassins are attempting to kill the enemy backline. What happens most of the matches I pick ADC though is: my entire team dies while I'm kiting tanks and I end up chased down and aced losing the whole game in 1-2 teamfights if the game goes too late. It's so frustrating watching the whole early and mid advantage flushed away in 2 minutes...
So in my experience as an ADC there's only so much you can do after the laning phase. You can't engage, you can't bait, you can't really call because you're not making the plays. You just sit at the backline and hope your assassins and disruptors do a better job than the enemies assassins and disruptors while you manage to stay alive hitting immortal beefy champions...
Point of the thread is, how do I carry my team to a win playing as an ADC when the enemies have much better disruption and tankier champs? The only possibility I can see is start playing true dmg tank shredder vayne and make it my main ADC...
my last Caitlyn matches (ranked soloQ):
Loss 14/9/8
Loss 12/9/12
Loss 15/9/6
Loss 8/4/3
Loss 17/6/8
