Boots of Mobility huge nerf im not sure if i will even buy them now to much of a hit in combat cdr or just tenacity or anything seems better.

If you want mobility, most of the time Zephyr+ Boots of Swiftness is a good combo if your champ can make any use out of the AD, AS and CDR. Well, rather hard to find one for that, but the AS has actually potential on champs which normally don't get AS in order to push towers.

A lot of supports aren't going to care about a loss of 20 MS in combat, honestly. It's gonna' be an edge case where that results in someone getting away or catching you where they otherwise wouldn't have. The price cut might actually make them more attractive due to the ability to pick them up earlier. Especially with the Sightstone cost cut (where, again, 30 HP is gonna' be an edge case), supports might be able to pick up both items substantially quicker and get into building other, more interesting things.

Other champions, like roaming mid laners, are more likely to get hurt by the mobility changes. With their higher gold income, they can afford to be more worried about slot efficiency.

As for the Lucidity boots, I imagine that they're mostly bought on champions that don't really have good options for building other forms of CDR to get near CDR cap, like Riven. So this is basically just a straight up indirect nerf to champions that currently benefit from those boots, since pretty much everyone who builds it can afford to worry about slot efficiency.

As for the support item changes, I don't know how to feel. Coin should, on average, heal more per minion wave if you're able to stick around and use its healing. Shield won't until you upgrade it, because 40HP every 60 seconds is equivalent to only 2 HP/5, way lower than its previous number. Shield losing the +5 gold to the carry is a big nerf, but not undeserved (shield was kinda' super stronk if carries let you grab cannon minions). I'll have to see how the Spelltheif changes feel, but generally I think those changes are going to get used up extremely fast in harass-heavy lanes, and after that the item's going to be mostly a dead fish. Frost Queen's Claim is probably a lot stronger with these changes, Face of the Mountain's active looks much better, and Amulet is basically the same. Overall, I'd say these changes just make Coin to Amulet even more attractive than before on everyone all the time forever.

You're forgetting about junglers and tanks that like Boots of Mobility. Losing that needed MS inside of team fights is going to mean a lot of near-kills are going to get away.

kinda annoyed that they're really just railroading all supports into buying ancient coin...

and nerfing mobis/ionian's so I just feel like I should just buy Sorc's every game...great....

They're double plus good on Amumu and malphite. I even grab them somtimes on Vi if I need to get around. Either or, it helps to have that extra UMF when you're charging your fist to enter an engagement.

yeah i dunno i always built them on voli and udyr...but might look more at swifts now.
