While I agree with you on it being more on a 'meh' scale, I mainly suggested Hextech Gunblade as a late-game luxury item, since Hextech Revolver can become very useful in the early game, and you might as well upgrade it if you already have full build on everything else.

( Unless you have tons of AP and none of them want to build Will of the Ancients )

I like the guide, but I would seriously consider worming a Hextech Revolver or Hextech Gunblade in there at least as a situational item.
