@MissMaw
Well I thought of the co-host because I'd like to participate but then I thought of it and realised that I can just add it anonymously.
Also the fact that I am not always available to do things (which pretty much caused me to skip 2 SOTWs last time) made me think of the co-host.
@Veng
Well I am still thinking about the way to do it, but so far surveymonkey/polldaddy seems to be the easiest ones for me to handle.
If this gets a bigger amount of support I'll start to do the polls anyways because it makes my life easier. :P

Participated in alot of SOTW's in the past across different forums, graphical & warez based.
- Allow the winner of each SOTW to choose a theme and/or a stock image/renders to work from, that way the SOTW is far more balanced that everyone is working from the same picture.
-You do not need a co-host if you want to participate. As if you allow the winner from each week to choose then you won't be biased in decisions.
- No Premade signatures allowed for entry.
- Size Restrictions.
- No voting for yourself. This is done by taking out Polls, and having each person comment. That way you are aware if they have voted for themselves or not.
- You're not allowed to enter a signature that you have posted on the forums or at any other site before the voting starts. -- This is to prevent 'sheep' aka. I go to a blog, post my work BEFORE voting and get a 'herd of sheep' to join mobafire to vote for me.
- Do not vote for your own signature and don't vote for someone simply because you like the render they used. Analyze all entries strong and weak points before you place your vote.
- Split up SOTW Entries, with SOTW Voting & SOTW Discussion & Medals/Winners/Hall Of Fame SOTW Topic. (this may require a separate section with moderation, perhaps we can twist mowens arm?
Also a weekly setup of something like;
- Monday evening, a discussion thread with the theme of weeks will be posted. This will be left open until Saturday evening, so get your entries in by then.
- Saturday evening, the voting thread will go up and will be open until Monday evening.
- Once a winner has been crowned, I will contact him so he may choose the new theme of the week.
- And at Monday evening the whole show starts over again.
alter where required.
- One entry per week, you cannot change your entry once it's been submitted.
-Prizes would be as follows perhaps;
Medal, featured art somewhere in the website for all to see, X Amount of Rep.
I'd be interested with more time on my hands :(

I feel not allowing the winner to participate in the next week is still a fair option.
I also think it should be their choice whether to give the other participants something to work with or not.
not gonna get a separate forum for this, might be able to get a stickied thread though.
in relation to prizes:
+rep is never a good option
perhaps a special award, but only if the admins are willing to do that
featured art is unlikely, person in charge could get permission to write a post to put in the news section about the artist and such though (basically a short interview thread).

You need to log in before commenting.
The voting could be handled via surveymonkey/polldaddy
