What's up with Alistar ?

He's played so infrequently that his 5% win-rate change (but still below 50%) could quite easily just be explained by a few Alistar mains not playing that day, or losing a few games. Also, looking at his stats page on Lolking, the win rate is always this erratic. You could ask why Alistar's so weak because on the 13th his win rate dropped to 42%.
