[[Heal]] has a speed boost, the heal can't go to waste unlike barrier where if you don't take damage while barriered, it's gone to waste, and even though it's weaker early on, it soon outscales [[barrier]] in terms of protection (as well as affecting a team-mate if applicable, removing debuffs, and giving you the MS buff). Right now there's pretty much no use for [[barrier]]. Even in a solo lane, [[barrier]] just doesn't offer as much.[/quote]
