LeBlanc is she really tier one and best mid? From what i under stand exhaust buff hurt assassins hugely. Maybe solo que there still same but i think one exhaust is kinda and they do no dmg i have seen mids taking it all time now and heal in solo q.
i personally dont play leblanc but one of my friends plays nothing but leblanc and he says that despite the exhaust buff he is usually able to full combo kill someone before exhaust is used or if he sees it used on him before he uses his full combo he just dashes out and waits two seconds.
as for heal, in most cases leblanc is still going to be able to instaburst... so much damage that mage does.
shes also a huge kill threat in lane, from what i hear...
i could be wrong, this is just what my friend is feeding me

How does a leblanc/zed player deal with kayle's
Intervention? When i pick leblanc, i usually get counterpicked with sivir & kayle, and i don't feel very happy not being able to pick anyone off in a team fight

if its a big problem and ur zed just splitpush
on lb you can usually burst a guy so fast that kayle cant react in time.
if ur laning vs her as either ur fked, call for ganks

Anything janna can do with regards to mobility, karma can do better. Also, janna's laning is probably the worst in the game. You ADC will basically be doing a 1v2 lane.
In most situations, using a
Monsoon to disengage a fight, a
Inspire cast a couple seconds earlier could have had just the same effect.
The reason janna is t3 is because she does counter some champions. Like, if you're kennen, going against a janna? You won't ever get a nice ult off if the janna's good.

Really? I've felt quite strong as a Janna in lane. Her shield is ridiculously good, she has a point and click super slow, and a strong multiperson disengage in both tornado and ult.
I'm not debating that Karma is better, only that Janna can hold her own in a lane, and is not completely worthless (which would be a 1v2 lane).
She's probably more adc reliant than other supports in the sense she's far more useless than most other supports if she's alone, but I really don't think that's a problem unless your adc dc's or something.

tbh, can sticky this thread? This is kinda useful.
Its up to the mods. Its all my opinion so I'm fine with it not being stickied.
Updated jungle and support.
