I have this option unchecked, but people are still forced to leave comments if they want to upvote my build. Is there anyway to change this or is this always required?

I'm new here and I just need some help with this option.

EDIT: Nevermind I managed to fix it.

It's better to keep C2V enabled for the first 20 votes, to ensure less "troll" votes, wherein people downvote your guide anonymously for unknown reasons.
