quite helpful ^^ a few things on mind though... ww doesn't have any cc except his ult. in a way, this makes the gangs quite hard. I understand that rushing to l6 is fine. however, while the ult is on cdr, is jungle farming better? or should we force some gangs just to make the enemy fear? or how about frozen mallet? or rylais? the slows would help? maybe the extra ap too? or iceborn? one more question... any solutions for ww's mana starvation?
Yes, you should be jungling in between ganks with your ults if there is nothing else to do. But say you gank mid land and get a kill. You should try to get the tower or rotate to dragon or an enemy buff. You want to keep the pace of the game and don't let up unless there is absolutely nothing left to take advantage of.
As for the Frozen Mallet/Rylai's/Iceborn you can try it out for your self and see if it works for you, but for any of those to be effective you need to get into what is essentially melee range. That is very difficult to do without your ult, unless the enemy is out of position and over extended, which you probably wouldn't need a slow to kill them anyways.
Lastly, I don't really think Warwick has mana issues. Your main source of clear is auto attack damage and you only run out of mana spamming q. Unless you need the HP, you really don't need to use Q in the jungle. Of course you can use Q when you have your blue buff, but when its down, just rely on clearing with autos and W. You have plenty of sustain from your lifesteal and your passive.
Absolutely Amazing Guide!
Objectives are either Dragon or a turret, which he can easily destroy with a teammate thanks to
And you should max
So, i've been playing WW for about....2 days ;) (yeah, i'm pretty new to LoL), but I do have some small comments, positive ones.
Only played WW as jungler, and I realised (time track kept) that is better to maximise W first as makes jungling more faster. I would farm about 1.3k gold by reaching lvl 6 which enables buying Madred's Razers and Boots of Mobility (this is first return to base) . From now on it is even faster to farm and gank as much as posibble; by lvl 9 I can solo Dragon (don't know if it is good or bad).
As in this guide, i go for wriggler's lantern (2nd return) and Blade of Ruined King (3rd return to base), as those appear in the recommended section when you access the shop. Beside these items I was never able to extend the build as games were already won by the time I took the Blade ;).
BTW, I still prefer boots of mobility - homeguard.
Awesome guild man, keep it up!
The earlier , the better :)
surprising how this is one of the few builds with feral flare in it, but it isnt nearly as high rated as the other guides.
I used to be the highest rated Warwick guide during season 3 but didn't update it for season 4 until now with the Feral Flare change since it's the only change that has affected him worth an "overhaul" I guess. I made small updates for patch notes throughout season 3, but kinda of gave up on the guide during season 4 since no one had commented on it in months and he had no real change in the jungle until now. I'm positive this guide is still worth while of being the number one guide that it used to be, it will just take time since it has been sitting in the dust for half a year.
