If the quality thing bothers you, try to camouflage it with effects and stuff.
For example, duplicate twice the first layer of the animation.
Gaussian blur one for 1 px and put it on multiply 50%, then add a curve adjustement to put the brightness back to what it was, and add gradients to make it blend better.
High Pass the second one on 3px and put it on Soft Light 40%.
I made it in a rush so I didn't take time to loop it properly and erase the static hair and things of Diana on the background, but this is just to give you an idea on how it'll look.
Also I used an encoded 720p and not an original one so the quality would look even better with your video :P
