Gaussian blur one for 1 px and put it on multiply 50%, then add a curve adjustement to put the brightness back to what it was, and add gradients to make it blend better. High Pass the second one on 3px and put it on Soft Light 40%. What it means is that all I did was make the pixels of 480p version look bigger so it becomes 720p, but the number of pixels won't change so the quality stays practically the same. Your 720p has way more pixels than a 480p and offers the same resolution so the quality will be way better. I'm not at home so downloading a 720p with a café wifi takes way too long, so I downloaded a 480p and encoded it to show you the things above :P[/quote]
