It was unfortunately the best I could find ._. On Youtube it was 720p, and I looked everywhere else and couldn't find a 1080p one.
Made this sig myself :)

If the quality thing bothers you, try to camouflage it with effects and stuff.
For example, duplicate twice the first layer of the animation.
Gaussian blur one for 1 px and put it on multiply 50%, then add a curve adjustement to put the brightness back to what it was, and add gradients to make it blend better.
High Pass the second one on 3px and put it on Soft Light 40%.
I made it in a rush so I didn't take time to loop it properly and erase the static hair and things of Diana on the background, but this is just to give you an idea on how it'll look.
Also I used an encoded 720p and not an original one so the quality would look even better with your video :P

Holy frick that looks amazing o_o
What do you mean by encoded 720p...? I'm actually still kinda new to all this soo xD
Basically the video I used was 480p and encoded it into a 720p. The video you used is an original 720p.
What it means is that all I did was make the pixels of 480p version look bigger so it becomes 720p, but the number of pixels won't change so the quality stays practically the same. Your 720p has way more pixels than a 480p and offers the same resolution so the quality will be way better.
I'm not at home so downloading a 720p with a café wifi takes way too long, so I downloaded a 480p and encoded it to show you the things above :P
