Maybe if it gave tenacity but it does not now its alot less useful i dont want that much hp when so many adc's use bork.

Depends on the enemy teamcomp then, but it would definitely be a viable 6th item for solo top WW. It's between FH and that, but I still haven't tried it/run some numbers, so maybe it won't be a thing.
Unfortunately, the damage from Spirit of the Ancient Golem is actually weaker than that 30% increase in damage from Butcher that it used to have. However, I did find on my Rammus and Maokai that if I stacked it with a Spirit Stone, the damage was good *and* I leached back mad amounts of health and mana.
